Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all protective films, tags, and accessories included.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
 
We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
 
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not yet started. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
